About This Event
Tyler Ann Blanton, a visual artist and former ballerina, leads the Tyler Blanton Quartet at The Django. Her training in classical ballet across New York, Russia and Tbilisi, and her painting studies at Smith College and NYU — including seven years living and working in Venice — inform a multidisciplinary approach to this jazz project.

Tyler Ann Blanton is a visual artist living in Charleston, S.C. working in experimental mixed media painting. A former ballerina, her study of the arts began in New York City, Russia and Tbilisi Georgia with classical ballet and continued with painting.
