About This Event
BAM TeenSpace is a youth-focused dance program presenting work developed through guided workshops and rehearsals at BAM (Brooklyn Academy of Music). Performances function as both presentation and practice, giving teen performers structured training in movement, collaboration and stagecraft while favoring ensemble clarity over spectacle. The choreography is made for the room and the community in it, and the event foregrounds process within BAM’s contemporary programming.
