Dear Nora, the indie-pop band formed in Portland in 1999 by songwriter Katy Davidson with drummer and vocalist Marianna Ritchey and bassist Ryan Wise, plays Cassette. Their first album We'll Have a Time was produced by Amy Linton and released on Magic Marker Records in 2001; they share the bill with the Ruth Garbus Trio.
