NY Phil Ensembles at Merkin Hall brings a mixed chamber lineup to David Geffen Hall featuring conductor Benjamin Adler alongside pianists Eric Huebner and Yalin Chi, soprano Rebecca Young, flutist Mindy Kaufman, and players including Max Zeugner, Anna Rabinova, Kyung Ji Min, Robert Botti, Nathan Vickery, Soohyun Kwon and dancer Sumire Kudo. Several performers have ties to the New York Philharmonic and major recital halls, and Zeugner’s recent work spans Schuller to Gubaidulina.
