    About Y'allternative Rodeo

Y'allternative Rodeo is a group rooted in queer country nightlife, bringing rodeo imagery and honky-tonk references into a club setting. In New York City they have appeared at 3 Dollar Bill, where their bills often sit alongside collaborators such as Sugar in the recurring event title, Y'allternative Rodeo Presents: Sugar, We’re Hoein Down. Their work leans on collective performance and themed programming rather than a single front person. The approach favors community-building and genre play over polish for its own sake.
