About T Blues Band | Spady / Ajamu

T Blues Band | Spady / Ajamu is a session-based jazz lineup heard at New York City’s Terra Blues, built around a working-band approach rather than a fixed ensemble. The set typically pairs the band with Spady and Ajamu, drawing on small-room discipline and close listening. Arrangements stay open, leaving room for in-the-moment decisions and shared timekeeping. Their performances tend to favor groove, clear phrasing, and group interplay over solo display.
