Solaris: Dance Company in New York

About Solaris

Solaris is a group working between dance and live performance, often shaping movement around amplified sound. In New York City, they have appeared in programs at National Sawdust, including support for Eleanor Alberga’s String Quartet Cycle. Their musical affinities lean toward progressive and space‑rock textures, which they use as a framework rather than a backdrop. The work favors structure and physical clarity over spectacle.
