About Soichi Terada

Soichi Terada is a Japanese electronic composer and DJ whose work moves between club forms and game-music craft. He began producing in the late 1980s, later co-founding the Far East Recording label with Shinichiro Yokota, and released the album *Sumo Jungle* before scoring the *Ape Escape* series. In New York City he appears at Nowadays, including bills with Dee Diggs and k.tea, bringing jungle, breakbeat, and lo‑fi house into a live context.
