Sleez: Performing Artist in New York

About Sleez

Sleez is an electronic artist who appears regularly in New York City bills, including sets at Brooklyn Music Kitchen. Their background nods to a specific lineage: the late‑1980s Dutch glam‑metal band Sleeze Beez, whose MTV-era visibility and Atlantic Records releases provide a reference point more historical than stylistic. On shared lineups with Larrej and XYLE, Sleez works in contrast to their sequence-and-texture minimalism, leaning on sharper shifts and a more overt sense of persona. The performances favor clarity over spectacle.
