Slackjaw: Rock Band in New York

About Slackjaw

Slackjaw is a rock/pop group that sits close to groove metal in practice, built around riff-forward writing and disciplined pacing. In New York City, they’ve appeared at Racket NYC on bills alongside Havok, Hellripper, and Xoth, placing them in the city’s heavier touring circuit. Their recorded footprint is modest but visible, with an emerging Spotify profile and a sizable listener base relative to their scale. Onstage, they favor structure and tight execution over spectacle.
