Sherri Shepherd: Broadway Performer in New York

About Sherri Shepherd

Sherri Shepherd is an American performer whose work spans television, comedy, and stage, bringing a host’s timing and an actor’s scene sense into musical theatre. She became widely known through daytime talk, including a long run as a co-host on *The View*, and later fronted projects in sitcoms and syndicated TV. In New York City, she has been part of the cast of *Aladdin* at the New Amsterdam Theatre, appearing alongside Sonya Balsara, Caleb A, Jacob Ben‑Shmuel, and Rodney Ingram. Her performances tend to favor clear storytelling and ensemble rhythm over flourish.
