Pup: Rock Band in New York

About Pup

Pup is a Toronto punk rock group formed in 2010, first operating under the name Topanga before adopting the PUP identity. The band’s early recordings helped establish a direct, fast-moving style that keeps pop melody within a rock-and-punk frame. In New York City, they bring that approach to rooms like Racket NYC, where the close quarters suit their clipped tempos and blunt choruses. Their performances favor momentum over polish, with songs built to hit quickly and move on.
