Pink Martini is a Portland-based ensemble formed in 1994 by pianist Thomas Lauderdale, often described by its members as a small orchestra built to move between classical touchstones, Latin rhythms, traditional pop, and jazz. Co-lead vocalists China Forbes and Storm Large front a repertoire that leans into multilingual songcraft and the suave edges of French jazz and lounge.
