Phoneboy: Dance Company in New York

About Phoneboy

Phoneboy is a group whose live work in New York City has included performances at Prospect Park, where their set often leans into dance-forward momentum even as their recorded footprint sits closer to indie rock. They have shared bills with Boys Go To Jupiter, including the event “Glide and Groove: Phoneboy with Boys Go To Jupiter.” On Spotify, the band registers moderate popularity and around 85,000 followers. Their performances favor tight arrangement over spectacle, letting rhythm and ensemble interplay carry the room.
