Paris Monster: Dance Company in New York

About Paris Monster

Paris Monster is a dance group appearing in New York City programs at Berlin, where their work is presented in close dialogue with the cross-genre collective Blak Emoji. Their performances tend to treat movement as an argument, assembling gesture, timing, and physical restraint into a readable structure. In joint bills like *Blak Emoji | Paris Monster*, they operate inside a larger conversation about identity, culture, and genre boundaries. The approach favors clarity over spectacle, with attention to how bodies carry meaning in a room.
