Misery Beat: Rock Band in New York

About Misery Beat

Misery Beat is a rock/pop group in New York’s live-music circuit, with neo-psychedelic edges showing up in their recorded footprint. They’ve appeared on bills at Union Pool alongside Same Vein and Mope, situating them in a DIY corridor of Brooklyn rooms. With an emerging profile on streaming platforms, the band reads as early-stage but active. Their approach favors atmosphere and pulse over virtuoso display, letting texture carry the songs.
