Melissa Almaguer: Jazz Musician in New York

About Melissa Almaguer

Melissa Almaguer is a jazz artist whose work often moves between composition and improvisation with a measured, narrative sense of pacing. In New York City she appears at The Jazz Gallery, including the program *Melissa Almaguer presents ¡alebrijes*, a project that frames ensemble playing around vivid themes and shifting colors.
