Lucy Yehgiazaryan: Performing Artist in New York

About Lucy Yehgiazaryan

Lucy Yehgiazaryan is an individual jazz performer appearing in New York City programs, including the Kupferberg Center for the Arts as part of the Queens Jazz Trail Concert series. Her work is grounded in the discipline of ensemble playing and the close listening that jazz demands, shaped by formal training and steady onstage experience. In performance, she tends to favor clarity over spectacle, letting phrasing and dynamics carry the narrative. At Kupferberg, she brings that approach into a live concert setting built for attentive audiences.
