About Jules Reidy
Jules Reidy is an artist working in electroacoustic and experimental music, often drawing on drone and extended technique to shape long-form, textural pieces. In New York City, Reidy has appeared at Pioneer Works, including bills alongside Horse Lords and Silk Fence. Their practice moves between composition and improvisation, using guitar, processing, and careful attention to resonance and tuning. The work tends to favor structure and detail over spectacle.
