Jochen Rueckert is a German-born jazz drummer who has made New York City his base since the late 1990s, building a steady presence on bandstands and recordings. He has appeared on more than 120 albums and is known for long-running work with artists such as Marc Copland, Kurt Rosenwinkel, Mark Turner, and Pat Metheny.
