Gil Gutiérrez is a Mexican guitarist and composer whose work moves between jazz language and concert-hall technique. In New York City he has appeared at Carnegie Hall and brings his projects to Dizzy’s Club, including the Gil Gutierrez Trio’s program “Miles y Mas.” He has shared the bandstand with drummer Louis Hayes and the Louis Hayes Quintet.
