Fatboi Sharif: Singer-Songwriter in New York

About Fatboi Sharif

Fatboi Sharif is an individual artist working at the edges of rock and pop, with a recorded footprint that Spotify tags as experimental hip hop. Based in the New York City circuit, he appears at rooms like Elsewhere, including bills such as “Swing Kids (10 Years of the Chain) w/ Fatboi Sharif, Trace Amount & More.” His live history overlaps with acts including Swing Kids, Trace Amount, Venus Twins, and Body Stuff. The performances favor compression and tone over polish, leaning into friction between song form and spoken delivery.
