Emily Has Fallen is a Colombian–American pop-punk and alternative rock band formed in the 2000s by Giovanni, a New York–born artist with Colombian roots. The project has released the EP Demos Inéditos and two full-length studio albums, Cuando la Muerte Se Vuelve Pasión (2007) and Plasticidad (2012). Over the years, the band has performed at major events in Colombia, earned nominations at the Shock Awards, and received airplay on Radioactiva FM and MTV LATAM.
