Ecca Vandal is a South African–born singer, songwriter, and rapper who works out of Melbourne, moving between rock, pop, and rap in the same set. She introduced herself on her 2017 self-titled debut and returns with her second album, *Looking for People to Unfollow* (released May 22, 2026). Onstage at New York City’s Bowery Ballroom, she tends to stitch hard-edged guitar lines to rhythmic, speech-like vocals. Her performances favor direct delivery over spectacle.
