    About Discos El Hijo

Discos El Hijo is an electronic music project rooted in New York City’s club circuit, with appearances at Elsewhere. The group has shared bills with Perreo Intenso, Hellotones (including “El Hijo de PueblaYork”), and Cincodoce, moving between perreo-adjacent club rhythms and forward-leaning electronic sets. Their event series, including **DISCOS EL HIJO PRESENTS: Préndelo PueblaYork**, frames the project as both performer and curator. The work favors momentum and low-friction transitions over theatrical staging.
