DAZIES is a New York City–based rock/pop group with roots in riot grrrl and queercore, building its set around concise songs and sharp dynamic shifts. They have appeared on small-room bills at Arlene’s Grocery alongside acts such as Cereal Monogamy and Sandy & the Skyway, a circuit where arrangements have to land fast and hold a room. The project is still emerging, with a modest but growing Spotify footprint. Their performances tend to favor clarity over spectacle.
