Christian Sands Quartet: Jazz Ensemble in New York

About Christian Sands Quartet

The Christian Sands Quartet is led by pianist Christian Sands, a modern jazz player whose early training combined formal study with the working bandstand. In New York City, the group appears at Dizzy’s Club, a room known for close listening and straightforward presentation. Sands writes and arranges with a clear sense of structure, leaving space for the rhythm section to shift the feel in real time. Their set for *Christmas Stories* treats seasonal material as a framework, not a script.
