Chismo is a rock/pop group heard on New York City bills where guitars and tight song structures carry the set. They have played Arlene’s Grocery on multi-act nights alongside artists including No Soap Radio, Nina Fitzgerald, and No Sailor, and have also shared stages with postergirl, Franny Menace, Good News, Today’s Special, and others. With an emerging Spotify footprint, the project reads as scene-built rather than industry-built. Their performances favor clarity over spectacle.
