C+C Music Factory is a dance-music project launched in 1989 by producers Robert Clivillés and David Cole, built around a run of club and radio hits including “Gonna Make You Sweat” and “Things That Make You Go Hmmm…”. After Cole’s death, the act continued under shifting lineups, with Freedom Williams holding the name’s trademark and touring it as an ongoing live brand; the project later re-formed with Eric Kupper. In New York City, their sets at Paragon sit comfortably alongside peers like DJ Miss Parker and MORENXXX. The approach favors direct, high-tempo delivery over reinvention.
