Bright Eyes is the long-running project of singer-songwriter Conor Oberst, developed with longtime collaborators Mike Mogis and Nate Walcott and a shifting circle of musicians. Originating in Omaha’s independent music community, the group has built a body of work that threads diaristic folk writing through rock and pop arrangements. At Brooklyn Paramount, they bring *I’m Wide Awake, It’s Morning* and *Digital Ash in a Digital Urn* into the foreground as distinct song cycles. The performances tend to favor narrative momentum and craft over spectacle.
