Brazilian Girls is a New York City–based group that emerged in 2003, built around an open-ended mix of electronic dance music and song forms drawn from multiple traditions. The lineup has included vocalist Sabina Sciubba, with current members Didi Gutman on keyboards, Aaron Johnston on drums, and Jesse Murphy on bass. Their NYC performances, including at The Sultan Room, have shared bills with DJ Logic, Liset Alea, and Domenica Fosetti.
