Boyscoutmarie is an electronic group heard in New York City rooms like Purgatory and Elsewhere, where their sets tend to read as carefully assembled rather than improvised. They have shared bills with Slow Down Sunny, FedX, Mayo, Bloody Knuckles, Cam Barnes, Signal Coast, th3prism, and Crate, moving through the same DIY circuits that shape much of the city’s late-night programming. Recent appearances include “Whiskey Ginger and Night Hawk w/ Bug Crush and Mia Peach” and “bullet tooth, DarbyclubFull Venue.” The project favors structure and sound design over stage spectacle.
