About Angie Pei • Chris Olsen • Alana Markel + DJ set by Julesmckools

Angie Pei, Chris Olsen, and Alana Markel share a song-centered bill at Pianos, with a late-night DJ set by Julesmckools. Pei and Olsen work in a rock/pop lane that often borrows neo-soul phrasing, keeping the focus on vocals and tight band dynamics. Markel approaches pop from a leaner, electronic setup, with arrangements built to frame the voice rather than overwhelm it. Across the night, the performances tend to favor clarity over spectacle.
