Abelardo: Comedian in New York

About Abelardo

Abelardo is a comedian presenting Spanish-language sets in New York City, including appearances at New York Comedy Club’s Upper West Side room. His current show title, *Abelardo: Welcome to NY! (En Español)* nods to Puerto Rican writer Abelardo Díaz Alfaro, whose work became widely taught in schools across several countries. Online, he also surfaces in music platforms, where he is tagged with corrido and maintains an emerging profile. Onstage, his approach favors direct storytelling over spectacle.
