About Tristan

Tristan, also known as Tristan Paul Mack Wilds, moves between Hip-Hop and R&B with the perspective of a working actor and producer. He came to wider attention on television through roles on HBO’s *The Wire* and The CW’s *90210*, and later expanded his music career with the album *New York: A Love Story*, which earned a Grammy nomination in the urban contemporary field. In New York City, he has appeared at Union Hall, including on bills like *Maggie’s Scary Story Contest* alongside a rotating mix of comics and songwriters. His sets favor direct storytelling over spectacle.
