About DURATIONS
DURATIONS is an individual classical artist appearing in New York City performance contexts, including Roulette. Their work often takes the form of event-based programs that combine live music with discussion, as in an evening featuring Terre Thaemlitz in live piano performance and a conversation with Ciarán Finlayson. The curatorial frame points to an interest in how repertoire, media, and identity politics intersect onstage. The approach favors clarity and context over spectacle.
