Allen Tate: Singer-Songwriter in New York

About Allen Tate

Allen Tate is a Rock/Pop songwriter and performer who appears in New York City at the Knitting Factory. He has shared bills with acts including Night Teacher and Thin Lear, moving within a scene where guitar-driven songs are often framed by intimate rooms and close listening. With an emerging Spotify presence, his work reads as grounded in the club circuit rather than the festival circuit. His performances favor direct phrasing and a band-first feel over theatrical presentation.
