Alan Cumming: Singer-Songwriter in New York

About Alan Cumming

Alan Cumming is a Scottish actor and singer whose work moves easily between stage, screen, and live music. He is closely associated with theater, including a long-running relationship with New York City audiences through appearances at venues such as Town Hall. His repertoire often draws on cabaret and show tunes, shaped by a performer’s attention to text, timing, and character. In concert settings like *Alan Cumming: Uncut*, he favors direct address and narrative over spectacle.
