Mark McCarron: Jazz Musician in New York

About Mark McCarron

Mark McCarron is a jazz musician heard in New York City clubs, including sets at Smalls Jazz Club. He performs under his own name and with the Mark McCarron Quartet, a working format that keeps the focus on interplay and pacing rather than display. In these small-room settings, his approach leans on close listening and measured development of a tune. The result is music that favors structure and conversation over spectacle.
