Silverada: Folk Ensemble in New York

About Silverada

Silverada is an Austin-based neotraditional country and Americana band formed in 2007 by singer-songwriter Mike Harmeier. The current lineup includes Harmeier on vocals and guitar with Taylor Englert (drums), Catlin Rutherford (guitar), Parker Twomey (keys), and Omar Oyoque (bass). Their sound draws from red dirt and Texas country, with honky-tonk pacing and outlaw-country grit shaping the songwriting. Onstage, including at Brooklyn Bowl in New York City, they tend to favor tight ensemble interplay over spectacle.
