Kenshi Yonezu: Singer-Songwriter in New York

About Kenshi Yonezu

Kenshi Yonezu is a Japanese singer-songwriter, producer, and illustrator whose career began online, first releasing Vocaloid tracks under the name Hachi before stepping forward as a solo vocalist in the early 2010s. His catalog moves between j-pop, anime-rooted songwriting, and j-rock, shaped by the same precise visual sensibility he brings to his artwork. In concert, his focus tends to be on structure and tone rather than spectacle. He brings the GHOST world tour to the region at Prudential Center.
