tomcbumpz: Dancer in New York

About tomcbumpz

tomcbumpz is a New York City–based dance artist who works at the intersection of movement and contemporary music culture. Their practice draws on repeatable movement phrases and a sense of timing influenced by screen language, aligning with the lo-fi hip hop textures reflected in their recorded presence. At The Bowery Ballroom, tomcbumpz has appeared in connection with Nick Cheo, including @NICKCHEO the *TOUR* the *MOVIE*. The work favors structure and pace over narrative closure.
