About R. Gamble
R. Gamble is a New York–based classical artist whose work moves between composed material and the city’s experimental performance circuits. At Roulette, Gamble has appeared on bills alongside Trouble x Diamond Terrifier, Antenes, Luke Stewart, Patrick Higgins, and Dome Theater, contributing DJ sets in dialogue with the evening’s live electronics and ensemble work. Their programming draws lines between contemporary classical technique and club-derived listening habits. The approach favors structure and pacing over spectacle.
