About Patrick Higgins
Patrick Higgins is a New York City–based composer, guitarist, and producer working at the intersection of contemporary classical and experimental music. He is known for his role in the group Zs and for projects that move between notated composition, improvisation, and studio construction, often threading baroque-leaning counterpoint through noise and minimalist repetition. In NYC he has appeared at Roulette in lineups with artists such as Antenes, Luke Stewart, Dome Theater, and DJs R. Gamble and Heidi Sabertooth. His playing favors precision and structure over spectacle.
