The Shadowband: Rock Band in New York

About The Shadowband

The Shadowband is a New York City–based rock/pop group with a band-forward approach and an emerging footprint on streaming platforms. They have appeared at Drom, including a full-band bill alongside Tracy Bonham and Abby Jeanne for the 30th-anniversary performance of *The Burdens of Being Upright*. Their work sits in the space between pop structure and rock dynamics, with arrangements built to serve the room rather than studio polish. The performances favor directness and ensemble interplay over spectacle.
