About X AMENDMENTS
X AMENDMENTS is an individual artist working in a classical context, with a performance history that includes Roulette in New York City. Their projects have crossed between concert music and screen-driven collaboration, appearing alongside figures such as Bill Frisell, Bill Morrison, and Buster Keaton, as well as musicians including Carla Kihlstedt and Rafael Osés. Recent billing like “X AMENDMENTS: Carla Kihlstedt, Rafael Osés, and Dither (Night 2)” points to an ensemble-minded practice built around specific pairings. The work favors structure and clear lines over spectacle.
