DJ Koolt: Performing Artist in New York

About DJ Koolt

DJ Koolt is a DJ whose recorded footprint draws on go-go rhythms and old school hip hop, with a catalog that’s found a steady audience on streaming platforms. In New York City, they appear at Nowadays, a room known for long stretches of dance-floor focus and careful sound. Koolt has shared lineups with DJ Stingray, Convextion, Rene Wise, and Juliana Huxtable, including the venue’s Halloween Nonstop programming. Their sets favor groove and pacing over spectacle, moving between percussive swing and stripped-down club pressure.
