Ismael: Comedian in New York

About Ismael

Ismael is a stand-up comedian who performs in New York City rooms including Union Hall. He has appeared on bills such as Hack City Comedy, hosted by Mic Nguyen and Jenny Arimoto, alongside comics like Esther Povitsky, Aukar, Nataly, Harshil Shukla, and Courtney Maginnis. His work sits in comedy even as his listening habits point toward salsa and son cubano, a musical sensibility that can inform pacing and rhythm. Onstage, he favors clean structure and close-room timing over spectacle.
