Eyal Vilner: Jazz Musician in New York

About Eyal Vilner

Eyal Vilner is a New York–based jazz composer, arranger, and bandleader associated with the city’s big-band circuit. At Dizzy’s Club, he leads the Eyal Vilner Big Band in programs that draw on swing-era writing and modern New York ensemble discipline. His charts emphasize tightly voiced sections and clear formal architecture, with solos integrated into the larger narrative rather than foregrounded. The approach favors precision and pacing over looseness or display.
