Carrie Able and the Aura: Rock Band in New York

About Carrie Able and the Aura

Carrie Able and the Aura is a New York City–based rock/pop group that appears regularly in small-room settings, including the Bowery Palace. The project centers on Able’s songwriting and front-line vocals, supported by a rotating band built for tight arrangements and quick shifts in mood. Their sets move between guitar-driven rock and pop structures, with attention to pacing and dynamics rather than extended soloing. Onstage, the emphasis is on clarity over spectacle, letting the material and the room carry the performance.
